Thus is my second review, Because I couldn't amend my first review; that being said, it's important to be aware that customer service reached out to me as a follow up to my review, and without my prompting they asked me how they could resolve the dissatisfaction with the shoes. I'm extremely grateful for the customer care here and though I might not buy these myself, I won't be buying shies anywhere else and I hope nobody else is discouraged from trying these sandals out. Dream Pairs really does take feedback into account, and they use constructive opinions to better their product quality constantly.
